• We guide every client honestly about the risks and about possible refusal.
• We do not guarantee outcomes. The embassy or consulate makes the final decision.

What this means for you

If a document is missing, weak or does not match the rest of your file, we tell you and help you fix it with genuine documents. If your case carries a real risk of refusal, we say so before you pay. If you ask us to include something false, we will say no and may stop work on your file.
