• Identity details: name, passport details, CNIC, date of birth, nationality, photographs.
• Contact details: phone and WhatsApp number, email address, address.
• File documents: for example bank statements, tax and employment documents, travel history, bookings and invitation letters that an embassy may request.
• Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp, email, phone or the website forms.

3. Why we use it

• To give you the service you ask for: checking and preparing your file, submitting or guiding your application, booking tickets, hotels, insurance or Umrah components.
• To contact you about your file, appointments and decisions.
• To meet legal duties and to keep records of our work.

4. Who we share it with

Only as needed for your file: embassies, consulates and visa centres; airlines, hotels, insurers and other suppliers you ask us to book; and government authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

Your documents are used only by people who work on your file. We take reasonable steps to protect them from loss and unauthorised access. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so please share documents only through our official contact numbers and email.

We keep your file records for as long as needed to complete the service, answer questions about it and meet legal and accounting duties. You can ask us to delete your documents once the service is complete, unless we must keep them by law.

8. Our website

Our website does not use advertising trackers. It loads fonts, flags and photos from third-party servers, and the live weather on the home page comes from a weather service; those providers receive your IP address as part of normal web requests. The map loads only when you open it. When you tap a WhatsApp, call or email link, the service you use handles that message under its own policy.

If we change this policy we update this page and the date above.
