Fees & Refund Policy

1. Embassy, visa centre and government fees

These fees are set by the embassy, visa centre or government and are paid to them, not to us. They change often, so we do not publish them on this website; we confirm the current amount for your case before you pay. Once paid, they are not refundable by us, whatever the outcome of your application. Any refund of these fees depends on the authority's own rules.

2. Our service fee

Our service fee covers our work on your file, for example the consultation, the document checklist and file preparation. For Asian visit visas it also covers submission and follow-up; for other destinations it covers guidance through the submission. We tell you the fee in writing (for example on WhatsApp) before you pay, and we say what it includes. Please ask us if anything is unclear before you pay.

3. Refunds of our service fee

• Before we start work on your file: you may cancel and we will refund what you paid us.
• After we start work (for example once we have reviewed your documents or begun preparing your file): the fee is for the work done, so it is not refundable.
• If a visa is refused: our fee is for our work, not for the outcome, so it is not refunded because of a refusal. We will explain the reasons the embassy gave and the options open to you.
• If you give us false or misleading documents or information: we stop work and the fee is not refundable.

4. Air tickets, hotels, insurance and Umrah packages

These follow the rules and charges of the airline, hotel, insurer or other supplier. Date changes, cancellations and refunds depend on the fare or booking conditions confirmed to you when you book. We will tell you those conditions before you pay.

5. Payment

We give you a receipt for every payment. Please pay only to the payment details we confirm in writing from our official contact numbers: 03152323811 and 051-2000066.

6. Refund requests

To ask for a refund, contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email with your name and file details. Where a refund is due, we process it as soon as we reasonably can and tell you how long the payment method takes.
