1. Who we are

AL ARBAB TRAVEL AND TOURS ("we", "us") is a private, DTS-licensed travel agency and visa consultancy at Eagle Plaza, Mezzanine No. 121, Fazal-e-Haq Road, Blue Area, Islamabad. We are not an embassy, consulate, visa centre or government office, and we are not affiliated with any of them. By using our services or website you accept these terms.

2. Our services

We offer two visa services:

• Visit Visa Processing — Asian Countries: we process and follow up your visit visa application for Asian countries, from the document checklist to submission and follow-up.
• Visa File Preparation & Guidance — Europe, Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia and others: we prepare and organise your file and guide you through the embassy or visa centre submission. You attend biometrics or an interview yourself where the embassy requires it.

We also arrange air tickets, hotel bookings, travel insurance and Umrah packages (hotels, flights and Umrah visa file preparation).

3. No guarantee of approval

The embassy, high commission, consulate or other issuing authority makes the final decision on every visa. We do not guarantee that any visa will be approved, or how long a decision will take. A past result on another file is not a promise about yours.

4. What you must do

• Give us genuine, valid and complete documents and information. You are responsible for their accuracy.
• Tell us about any previous visa refusal, deportation, overstay or travel history the embassy may ask about.
• Reply to our requests in good time, and tell us at once if anything in your file changes.
• Pay embassy and visa centre fees yourself or through us, as agreed in writing.

5. Genuine documents only

We never submit fake, altered or misleading documents, bank statements, bookings or information, and we will not do so at a client's request. If we find that a document or statement is false, we may stop work on the file and tell the relevant authority where the law requires it. Our fee is not refundable in that case. 6. Fees and refunds

Embassy and visa centre fees are separate from our service fee. We quote our service fee before you pay. Our fees & refund policy explains what is and is not refundable.

7. Processing times

Processing times are set by embassies and visa centres and can change without notice. Any time we mention is an estimate, not a promise.

8. Airlines, hotels, insurers and other suppliers

Tickets, hotels, insurance and Umrah components are provided under the rules of the airline, hotel, insurer or other supplier. Changes, cancellations and refunds follow those rules, and any supplier charges apply.

9. Information on our website

Our country pages are a general guide built from official sources and our checklists, and rules change. Always confirm the current requirements on the official portal linked on the page, or with us before you apply. See our disclaimer.

10. Confidentiality

We handle your documents and personal data as described in our privacy policy.

11. Limits of our responsibility

We are not responsible for an embassy's decision, for delays or rule changes outside our control, or for losses that result from false or incomplete information supplied by you. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited under the law of Pakistan.

12. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, tell us by WhatsApp, phone or email and we will look into it and reply during office hours.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from the date shown. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
